N. Richards Group Covid-19 In-Store Protocols have been put in place to ensure the safety of all stakeholders. The Covid-19 Pandemic struck the world at the end of 2019 and resulted in wide-spread lock downs globally from March 2020. Since then the battle against Covid-19 has been continuing unabated.
As an Essential Service Provider, the N. Richards Group has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure that their customers and their staff are protected against the virus to the highest level.
In accordance with the World Health Organisation (WHO) Guidelines, the Group strives to ensure that all measures are in place to stop the spread.
First Line Defence includes
- Mandatory wearing of Masks by all people in the stores – No Mask will mean No Entry into any of our stores
- Temperature Checks at the door of every single branch, whichever entry is used (main entrance/delivery/despatch/staff entrance)
- Mandatory sanitization of all people who enter the store (customers/staff/security/delivery staff/merchandisers)
- Regular sanitization of all equipment and surfaces in the stores.

Whilst every company dreads a case of Covid-19 amongst their staff, N. Richards Group Covid-19 In-Store Protocols are strictly followed in the event of such an issue to ensure that all stakeholders are protected to the highest possible level. Our staff are trained and updated on protocols regularly and daily checks are done for each branch to ensure that all of the N. Richards Group Covi-19 protocols have been adhered to.
